• Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Simply visit your Profile Settings or contact our Support Team to request permanent erasure.

6. Children’s Privacy

GetViral.Digital is intended for a general audience (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a minor has created an account, it will be terminated immediately.

7. International Data Transfers

While we are a Canadian corporation, some data processing may occur on servers located outside of Canada. By using the platform, you consent to this cross-border transfer, provided the data receives equivalent protection.
